Hey y'all. I hate to ask this, but I kinda need a favor. A whole bunch a' my friends have showed up lately, an' we're all scattered around Johto. Since Nightmare Ni-- I mean, Halloween, is tomorrow, I'd kinda like to celebrate with all a' them, in person.

...So is there any chance one of you fellas with Fly to go collect 'em for me? I'll repay ya kindly, for sure.

Me either, but the pokey-dex describes it as some kinda balloon pokey-mon. [She chuckles.] I bet it'll get a real hoot out'ta Pinkie's parties.
